ColoradoAssistedLivingCommunities.com, YHSeniorLiving.com, YHWiggins.com, and KeenesburgSeniorLiving.com are operated by Your Home Senior Living, a DBA of Your Home Operations, LLC, for marketing support. Assisted living care is provided by Charleston at Keenesburg LLC (licensed operator at Keenesburg) and by Your Home Wiggins (licensed CDPHE Assisted Living Residence at Wiggins). Marketing services are provided by Your Home Operations, LLC.

Your Home Operations, LLC markets senior-living communities under two DBAs:

1. Your Home Senior Living: marketing services for partner communities.
2. Your Home Wiggins: licensed CDPHE Assisted Living Residence in Wiggins, Colorado.

Both Charleston at Keenesburg and Your Home Wiggins hold active CDPHE Assisted Living Residence licenses. Deposits and reservations are governed by the respective Resident Occupancy Agreements.

Email Collection & Communications

When you share contact information through our inquiry forms, we collect the details you provide (typically name, email, phone number, relationship to the resident, preferred location, timeline, and message) to respond to your request and support community operations. Submissions are routed to the Charleston at Keenesburg and Your Home Senior Living teams for follow-up.

By submitting a form, you consent to receive follow-up communications by email, phone, or text related to assisted living or retirement community services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to the message or contacting admin@yhseniorliving.com.

Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate core features, remember certain form inputs, and improve user experience. We also implement Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand aggregate site usage and measure marketing performance. These tools may set first- and third-party cookies and collect anonymized information such as IP address, device type, pages visited, and referral source.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies may limit functionality of certain contact forms or scheduling features. We do not attach analytics data to individual lead submissions unless you voluntarily provide identifying information via a form.

Third-Party Service Providers

Scope of Care

Assisted living services described on these websites are provided by Charleston at Keenesburg LLC and Your Home Wiggins, and are limited to those permitted under Colorado Assisted Living Residence regulations (6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7). Skilled nursing or medical treatment is not provided except as coordinated with licensed third-party providers.

Data Retention & Security

We retain form submissions and related communication records for operational purposes for up to 24 months, after which they are securely deleted. Data is stored on encrypted servers managed by our hosting provider and is accessible only to authorized personnel who require it to fulfill community operations.

Data Subject Rights

You may request access to the information you have provided, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements). Submit requests by emailing admin@yhseniorliving.com. We verify identity before fulfilling requests and typically respond within 30 days.

Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) Notice

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. §6-1-1301 et seq.) gives you specific rights over the personal data we collect. Your Home Operations, LLC is a "controller" of your personal data for purposes of the CPA.

Categories of personal data we collect and why:

• Identifiers (name, email, phone number, relationship to prospective resident) — collected via inquiry forms and used solely to respond to your inquiry about assisted living services.
• Contact and timeline details (preferred location, desired move-in window, care needs you voluntarily describe) — used to match you with the appropriate community and staff member for follow-up.
• Internet activity (IP address, pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate location) — collected via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure aggregate site performance.
• Call metadata (phone number, call duration, ad referral source) — collected via Google Ads dynamic call tracking when you click a phone link on our site.

Your CPA rights:

• Right to access your personal data and confirm whether we process it.
• Right to correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to deletion of your personal data, subject to exceptions for legal, safety, or resident-care record-keeping obligations.
• Right to data portability: receive a copy of your data in a portable, readily usable format.
• Right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration.
• Right to appeal a denial of any of the above requests.

Submit requests or appeals by emailing admin@yhseniorliving.com with the subject "CPA Request." We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days for complex requests). Appeals receive a written response within 45 days; if we deny an appeal, we will provide you with the Colorado Attorney General's contact information for further complaint.

Targeted advertising and Universal Opt-Out:

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which may process your data for targeted advertising purposes. As of July 1, 2024, we honor the Colorado Universal Opt-Out Mechanism (UOOM) as required by 4 CCR 904-3, Rule 5. If your browser or device sends a UOOM signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will treat it as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and data sale. You may also opt out manually by emailing admin@yhseniorliving.com with the subject "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising."

Named third-party processors:

• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, dynamic call tracking, Google Maps.
• Render Services, Inc. — website hosting.
• Email delivery and CRM providers as contracted by Your Home Operations, LLC for inquiry follow-up.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We do not process sensitive data (biometric, genetic, precise geolocation) through our websites. Personal data collected from inquiry forms is not used for profiling decisions producing legal effects.

Call Monitoring and Recording

Calls placed to 303-732-4424 (Charleston at Keenesburg) or 970-500-8612 (Your Home Wiggins) may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and resident-care coordination purposes. When you click a phone number on our websites, Google Ads dynamic call tracking may substitute a forwarding number to measure ad performance; Google collects call metadata (duration, ad source, caller phone number).

Colorado is an all-party consent jurisdiction for call recording (C.R.S. §18-9-303). By continuing a call after being informed, or by initiating a call using the phone numbers published on our websites, you consent to the call being recorded or monitored. If you do not consent to recording, please inform the staff member at the start of the call, or communicate with us in writing at admin@yhseniorliving.com.

Medicaid Acceptance Status

Both Charleston at Keenesburg LLC and Your Home Wiggins are licensed by CDPHE as Assisted Living Residences and are classified as Alternative Care Facilities (ACF) eligible to serve residents under Colorado's Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver program. Charleston at Keenesburg is fully enrolled with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) as a Medicaid provider.

Your Home Wiggins' HCPF provider enrollment is in process. Prospective residents relying on Medicaid payment should confirm enrollment status with our administrator before signing an occupancy agreement, and are encouraged to review HCBS waiver eligibility requirements with their county case manager.

Security Incidents

If we become aware of unauthorized access to personal information, we will investigate promptly and notify affected individuals via email or phone as required by applicable law. Notifications will describe the nature of the incident, the information involved (if known), and steps you can take to protect yourself.

Cookie Preferences

Most browsers allow you to adjust cookie settings or enable “Do Not Track.” While our systems do not currently respond to DNT signals, you may decline non-essential cookies through your browser tools or device settings. Key site functions remain available if cookies are disabled, but certain features (such as saving form inputs) may operate with limited functionality.

Text Messaging Disclosure

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive informational or follow-up text messages related to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
