Who we are

YHWiggins.com is run by Your Home Operations, LLC (doing business as Your Home Senior Living and Your Home Wiggins), which decides how the personal data collected here is used (the "controller" under the Colorado Privacy Act).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry

  • Name, email, and phone number (phone is optional).
  • Relationship to the future resident, the community you're interested in, your timeline, and your message.
  • Care needed (optional). This is health information, which Colorado treats as sensitive data. We only use it if you choose to give it, and only to answer your inquiry and tell you whether our home fits the care you describe.
  • Payment type (optional), such as Medicaid / Health First Colorado or private pay.
  • How you found us: the ad click id (gclid), Google Analytics client and session ids, UTM campaign tags, ad campaign, ad group, keyword, match type, network, device and placement values from the ad link, the page you landed on, and the referring page.

When you tap a phone number on the site

We log which of our numbers you tapped, the page you were on, the time, and the same how-you-found-us details listed above. We do not get your own phone number from a tap.

When you apply for a job

Name, email, phone, mailing address, the location, position and schedule you want, times you're unavailable, start date, how you heard about us, your background check acknowledgment, and your signature certification. Applications go by email to our hiring team; they are not stored in the website database.

When you browse

Google Analytics records pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser details, and referral source, tied to a cookie id. This is not anonymous data. Google Ads tags also run on these pages; their cookies and ad identifiers are only used if you accept ad cookies (see below).

Our web host keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it and who receives it

  • To respond to you. Inquiries are saved in our website database and emailed to the team for Your Home Wiggins, who reply by email, phone, or text.
  • Our lead tracker. A copy of each inquiry (contact details, care and payment type, message, and how you found us) goes to a Google Sheets spreadsheet we use to follow up.
  • Analytics. When you tap a phone number, or send an inquiry about care we offer, our server tells Google Analytics that it happened, with the how-you-found-us details above. Your name, email, phone number, and care details are not sent.
  • Ad measurement. If you reached us from a Google ad and later become a qualified lead, we send Google Ads the ad click id (gclid) and the time of your inquiry so Google can count the ad as having worked. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or care or payment details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal when you submit the form, we do not keep the click id for this purpose.
  • Service providers that process data for us under contract: Render (website hosting and database), Google (Sheets, Analytics, Ads, and Maps when you choose to load a map), and our email delivery provider. Calls and voicemails to 970-500-8612 are handled by Twilio; voicemails are recorded, transcribed, and emailed to our team.

We do not sell personal data for money. We do not use your data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and your ad choice

Google Analytics cookies run by default. Google Ads cookies, ad user data, and ad personalization stay off unless you choose "Accept ad cookies" in the banner. You can decline, and you can change your mind at any time: .

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of targeted advertising: ad cookies stay off, the banner does not offer to turn them on, and we do not use your ad click id for ad measurement. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Maps are click-to-load: Google Maps receives your IP address only if you press "Show map". Our fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.

Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms & Disclosures for call recording and text messaging details.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and phone-tap records in our website database are deleted 24 months after they are created. Copies in our lead tracker and email are kept while we're in touch with you, and we delete them when you ask, unless you become a resident or employee, in which case records follow the retention rules for resident and employment files.

Your Colorado privacy rights

Under the Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. ยง6-1-1301 et seq.) you can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, get a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. You can also withdraw consent to our use of your care information. Email admin@yhseniorliving.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We verify your identity, respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days when needed), and you can appeal a denial by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to contact the Colorado Attorney General.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
